Sitting on the rocks just above the Caribbean Sea, Scotch on the Rocks was originally owned by a Scottish Lord until it was sold in the 1980’s by the Earl of Mansfield. Today, the villa is a Jamaican family owned vacation home but the name and the legacy live on.
