Lobster Thermidor and pork in black beans served
with white rice, fried plantains and a fresh salad. Lemon
Meringue pie for dessert
Roasted Jerk Chicken served with Grilled Red
Peppers, Sweet Potato, Pumpkin, Pesto and Goat Cheese casserole,
a tossed green salad with papaya and toasted almonds served
with the house dressing. A Pina Colada Cheesecake for dessert.
Honey Hoisin Pork chops and Spicy Shrimps served
with White Basmati rice, fried plantains and stir fried assorted
vegetables. Rum Cake and whipped cream for dessert.
Freshly caught fish steamed in a coconut sauce
with thyme, scallion and scotch bonnets served with bammies,
white rice assorted stir fried vegetables and corn fritters.
Banana and Orange Crepes topped with whipped cream as dessert.
Pepperpot soup served with homemade bread as
a starter. Crab backs and a jerked chicken pasta and a salad
of Romaine lettuce, Apricots and Sun dried tomatoes and Goat
cheese. Chocolate Black Satin pie with pecan crust for dessert.
Grilled Fillet tenderloin of beef with mushrooms
gravy served with Cuban black beans, a Thai shrimp salad,
white rice, fried plantains and steam julienne assorted vegetables.
Banana Cream Pie for dessert.
Cream of Red Peas soup served with garlic bread.
Roasted leg of lamb in guava glaze, served with a green salad,
baked new potatoes and cream of vegetable casserole. Coconut
Custard for dessert.
